Charity W's Experience At Camp

I came to camp praying for certain things, and God came and spoke so directly to me through His Word and met those needs.

Things I was going through and facing, God just spoke and gave me answers to them. He gave me strength, peace and confidence to go on.

Brother Aaron ministered on Only Believe. It's only believing and not other things. And doubt your doubts. When Satan comes in and says things, put doubts in your mind, then just doubt that and stay with the Word of God.

Brother Danny said, “You don't have to beg God. He is your Father and when you are in His house, His son or daughter, you have rights. Just ask and believe.” Thursday, Brother John Andes read a Scripture and it was, “Ask and ye shall receive; seek and ye shall find; knock and it shall be opened unto you.” Not maybe, but it shall. Through the meetings, those verses really stuck with me; those were the ones I held onto all through camp.

I can say I have more faith and confidence now, than before I went to camp. Faith does come by hearing His Word.

The specials, the Word, everything was, I believe, the mind of God and in the right channel.

In one of the services they were saying, “Who will go? Who will stand?” I realized more than before what a great responsibility we have. God gives us His Word for a reason. It's for us to live by. God is proving to Satan His Word through us, so God has put His trust and confidence in us, as His Bride to live the Word, defeat the Devil, to stand on every Word. We are Him in Bride form. We are His hands, feet, eyes, ears; we are who He works through. There is going to be someone to fulfill the Word, so it may as well be you. I left camp with a great sense of responsibility, it was much more personal.

You don't live your life and just fight when you want to. You live for Him, give your best, and all for Him, always have Him (the Word) on the front line in your battle field, which is your mind. Faith without doubt brings the results. Place your faith in His Word, turn your faith over to God and there is no limit to what God can do. We need to put our feet on our five senses, as they did to the kings in the book of Joshua. It doesn't matter what kind of a situation you are in, it is your attitude toward it.

There is so much I could say. My testimony is that God spoke exactly what I needed. He gave me so much, the Word was wonderful, and I'm so thankful for Him speaking in such a special, personal way. His Presence was so wonderful. To all that made camp what it was, thank you so much. It was more than I expected.

God richly bless all His Children,

Sister Charity W.
